Once your claim has been reviewed and verified, we may, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement item; or
  • Issue store credit equal to the value of the affected item.

Cash refunds are not available.

To ensure a fair review process, claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
